These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wicat71 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wicat71 website located at wicat71.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bonus programmes, payment processing, and customer support services.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wicat71 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must not already hold an active wicat71 account. wicat71 permits only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any person employed by wicat71 or any of its affiliated game suppliers, unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from wicat71 management.
• You must be accessing wicat71 from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wicat71 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account. wicat71 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your wicat71 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the wicat71 support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account. wicat71 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any account where security concerns have been identified, pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wicat71 applies a KYC verification process to confirm the identity, age, and payment details of its members. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your membership: government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit at wicat71 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your wicat71 account balance in real time in the majority of cases. In rare instances, processing delays of up to 30 minutes may occur. If a deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. wicat71 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit received from a third-party payment account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• wicat71 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which wicat71 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated in the Cashier section.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, subject to the KYC requirements set out in Section 2.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to KYC clearance and any active bonus wagering requirements on the account.
• wicat71 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large withdrawals, or withdrawals following a significant winning event.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a withdrawal processing fee as determined by the Cashier terms applicable at the time of withdrawal.

All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers at the time they are communicated to you. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general bonus terms, the specific offer terms will prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by wicat71 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional offer details. You must wager the qualifying amount in full before a withdrawal request including bonus-derived funds can be processed. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account balance.

Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only, on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method applies.
• Bonuses may only be redeemed by the account holder in whose name the bonus was issued. Bonus transfers between accounts are not permitted.
• wicat71 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.
• Players who wicat71 reasonably suspects are exploiting bonus offers through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wicat71 platform solely for your own personal and recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any wicat71 content without prior written consent from wicat71.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the wicat71 platform or its underlying software.
• Use the wicat71 brand, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any part of the wicat71 platform without prior written permission.

Game content available on wicat71 (including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and sports betting data) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and data providers from whom wicat71 has obtained a valid commercial licence. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a breach of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant rights holders.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wicat71 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wicat71 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, whether resulting from game outcomes, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, whether or not wicat71 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors attributable to third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or force majeure events beyond wicat71's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to certified RNG systems operated by third-party game studios, where such outcomes have been confirmed as technically correct by the relevant studio.

wicat71's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum cap of ৳50,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g., in cases of fraud or gross negligence by wicat71).

Your continued use of the wicat71 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting support at [email protected] before the effective date.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your wicat71 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, wicat71 will process any outstanding withdrawal of available real-money balances to your nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification and these Terms. Account closure requests relating to responsible gaming (time-out or self-exclusion) are processed with priority.

Account Closure by wicat71

wicat71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) wicat71 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance; (c) the Player's account activity is identified as suspicious, fraudulent, or posing a risk to the integrity of the platform; or (d) the Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of account closure due to verified Terms breach or fraud, wicat71 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance remaining at the time of closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of wicat71, as determined by the jurisdiction in which the Platform is registered and operated. Players accessing wicat71 from Bangladesh do so on the basis that they accept sole responsibility for ensuring their compliance with applicable Bangladeshi law.

wicat71 encourages all Players to resolve any dispute or concern informally in the first instance by contacting the support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the wicat71 support process, wicat71 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent third-party dispute resolution service. Players will be informed of any such referral and provided with the relevant contact details for the dispute resolution body in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
